I contacted the original artist, Emerson Tung, who offered feedback on proportional differences between his concept and my model. He actually took the time to edit my renders to demonstrate the differences, so I made the adjustments.

Esclados: Week 2

 



I did not have reference for his back so I made shoulder blades with space between them for mechanical details.


The two forearms are asymmetrical in the reference.


I used ZSpheres to create the branches on the head.
